I want to thank all of you for your prayers and sacrifices for my family and myself!
To be honest, I didn’t want Lauren and Leah to ask people on email or Facebook to fast and pray for me because I don’t really like attention. Mary had the nerve to suggest that I might have a pride issue :-) It’s hard to imagine how a guy who cannot do anything for himself could still have “pride issues.” However, I now know it’s possible because all of your prayers, sacrifices, loving and encouraging messages have truly humbled me so I must not have been humble before :-)
It was overwhelming to hear that family and friends were fasting and praying for me, but many of you didn’t even know me personally before, yet you joined in - now you are my friends!
Like us, I know all of you face trials too; I cannot do much, but I can pray so please contact me when you have a prayer need.
Thank you all again, this past week has been so good for me!
Love you guys,
Bill
“…we do not lose heart…For momentary, light affliction is producing for us an eternal weight of glory far beyond all comparison, while we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen; for the things which are seen are temporal, but the things which are not seen are eternal.” (2 Corinthians 4:16-18)
